We can't do LIFE without volunteers!

1. Training Required and Provided:

Medical Services
We provide free pregnancy testing and limited obstetrical ultrasound. LPN, RN, PA-C, FNP or related medical professionals are needed.

Consultations
Train to provide pregnancy options consultations and related support services for clients. We ask for a minimum commitment of three hours per week.

Classes
Facilitate classes in our "Earn While Your Learn" program on topics ranging from prenatal development to various life skills. Curriculum and DVD's are provided.

2. Minimal Training Required

Office Operations
Help with mailings, phone calls, writing thank-you notes, word processing, stocking brochures, copying intake forms, and more. Previous office experience is helpful.

Family Store
Help sort and arrange donated baby and maternity items in our Family Store.

Diaper Packets
Prepare bundles of emergency diapers and wipes once a week.

Church Representative
Be the bridge between your church and this ministry by keeping your pastor and staff informed about our events and needs. Supply baby bottles, brochures, etc.

Board Member
We need involved, influential community and family leaders with a heart for our life-affirming work. Monthly meetings, fundraising and event involvement are part of this commitment.

3. Other Opportunities

Donate Material Goods
We need new or like-new brand-name maternity clothing and baby clothing up to size 2T, as well as strollers, high chairs, bassinets, etc. as incentives for class attendance. We also provide emergency supplies of disposable diapers, wipes, and formula to those in need. Please check with us regarding formula brands and diaper sizes needed.

Host a Baby Shower
Have fun with your church friends while gathering baby items for Life Choices! We can provide a representative to share about our ministry.

Laundry Angel
Wash and/or press baby and maternity clothing as needed.

Facility Maintenance
Paint, weed, shovel snow, etc. Help us make a good first impression!

Fundraising Activities
Lend a hand with annual events such as our spring banquet and fall "Walk For Life". Help with preparation, mailings, set-up, tear-down, etc.

Send us your email address to be added to our prayer list. We will let you know of urgent needs as they arise.
